Anyone who KNOWS the rules, please comment. I’ve heard different from numerous people and I’m confused. Do you HAVE to take the 4 weeks before birth? Or can you add it to “maternity leave” and take it after the baby is here?
I know that it’s 12 weeks leave but I’m confused about the timing and I’ve heard different stories 🤦🏼♀️
