Temp rise but no positive OPK

I was expecting to get a positive opk today or tomorrow but instead I got a temp spike this morning. I'm not sure what to think. If I ovulated I would like to be done with sex for awhile. I did something to my back and its killing me. My cervix and uterus are tender and sore. I had a crazy sex drive yesterday and today I'm just over it. Does it look like I can probably assume I ovulated? Am I probably good?

Ignore where it says peak. The OPKs were not positive but the app sucks sometimes.
