Doubt

I always doubt my husband. He loves to be by himself and he is not clear with me sometimes, but when i try to see his phone without him seeing me, i found nothing. He is a good man but i always doubt him.

The reason that i doubt, that my ex betrayed me and he loved another woman while we were in a love engagement relationship.

Now im always worry my husband will betray me, thats why i always doubt him.

I really need to relax and remove from my head the idea that he might love another woman, i can’t do that. Is there anyway to stop that doubtful feeling towards him. I feel im sick and not normal.

Im soo stressed.
