Breast feeding

I didn’t breast feed my first daughter.

My second was in NICU for a week so I pumped and gave it to her through a bottle.

When she came home she wouldn’t latch. I kept trying and pumping in between. When she was about a month and a half old she FINALLY latched. Literally sucked my nipple in half. I couldn’t even pump. So, I gave it up.

Now I’m wanting to pump with out actually latching and 3 days pp I’m only getting half an oz out of each boob. With my second daughter I was getting 2-4 ounces within the first 3 days. So, I need advise on how to get my milk supply up. I want it WAYYY up because I’m a stay at home mom and also want to donate.
