Should I be worried?

*i have 2 kids and this has never happened*

Earlier today I went to the bathroom and felt something come out of my vagina and was confused because I’m not on my period (usually going potty on my period I can feel clots sliding out) So when I wiped I noticed some blood with stretchy clear mucus. It was enough to say I thought I was starting my period while peeing on the potty. But then I wiped again a second time and nothing happened. Nothing was on the toilet paper. Hasn’t happened since. I’m so confused as to what just happened to my body. I supposedly ovulated 2 days ago. Could it be implantation bleeding?
