refusing bottle???

My LO is a month old and has began refusing the bottle. I was exclusively pumping at first due to extreme nipple pain. Once it healed I started doing both for two weeks and she took to the bottle and nipple JUST FINE. recently she started refusing the bottle all together. When I go back to work is there any way she will be able to eat without the nipple? I’m worried she will refuse the bottle and not get what she needs. She cries u til I give her the nipple.

We’ve tried all types of bottles and tommie tippee bottles she will take occasionally but very rarely. Once she realizes it’s not my nipple she will discontinue drinking.
