Pumping and/or hand expressing during pregnancy?

Hello ladies, i am 27 weeks going on 28 weeks &&' i produce a lot of colostrum AND milk (its clear gold then turns into full milk) i did not dry up 100% prior to pregnancy, so I can soak through my shirts fairly quickly and i mean S O A K!

This is my 4th pregnancy, i only had 1 preterm birth (2nd child, but i suffered complications the entire time.) I've had several miscarriages as well as 1 still birth.

I have been labeled as non high risk &&' am progressing beautifully, i often hand express and can get an ounce each with no contractions what's so ever.

So my complete question is, how many of you have done this with no complications and how long was each session? I would love to store whatever i get 💛
