Next Step

Hey guys so my husband and I have been TTC for almost 2.5 years... my obgyn has been handling it thus far- I have PCOS and I am on metformin and about to start cycle 2 of Letrozole (Femara). DH had a SA and it was a grade 3 and they said the results were excellent and they were probably better than the test said due to him sitting in the waiting room with his sample for an hour.

My dr says after this cycle she is sending me to a specialist- what will the next steps be? I am sure that is the point insurance will stop paying and we are trying to prepare financially and mentally for what is to come!
