Bleeding 12.5 weeks pregnant with twins

Hi everyone,

I am coming to you all for some success stories or advice. I am currently 12.5 weeks pregnant with twins. 1 week from today, I had some bright red bleeding that frightened me. So, I called the doctor and they checked the babies out via ultrasound. Both were looking awesome and had strong heartbeats. Yay!

However, since then, I have the bleeding on and off. It's not heavy . It is more of a light flow and I am not having any painful cramps ( twinges every now and then but nothing painful). Since everything was fine a week ago, I would like to believe it is still the same.

Has anyone had this happen?
