Need help

Hey y'all I'm 7 weeks and been sick I'm

Nauseated 24/7 I can't keep nothing down but water doctor prescribed me some meds then doesn't seem to be working. Here's my problem my family is going on a vacation to Gulf Shores Alabama which is something we've been talking about and I would love to bring my one year old to the beach I know she would love it. I'm not sure what to do I don't know if I should stay home I'll go on vacation the thing is I feel that it doesn't matter what I decide cuz it'll be the same because the main thing is I'm still waiting to hear from Medicaid so I can go to the doctor and I can't go to the hospital so I don't know what to do?

I don't want nothing to happen to me or the baby so I just don't know
