How do I tan? Any tips?

I got anemia awhile back and I’ve looked pasty every since! What can I do to get my skins glow back? Anything I can use to help? Im going to the beach and wanted to tan there but I have no clue if there are any “rules” to tanning.

I had a friend that tanned to get a good. She got skin cancer at 22

I think there’s like cream that can help you tan more. I’m not sure what it’s called. Coconut oil can help. Just make sure you also have sunscreen on so you don’t get a sunburn!

i use bondi sands self tanner!! it’s amazing. not too expensive, not orange, and doesn’t streak.

Just get some lower SPF sunblock and you should be good! You could do tanning oil too but I never do. Just make sure you stay even and reapply so you don’t burn. 
There’s always spray tans too!
