Who here has the UPPABABY Visa or Cruz? Thoughts?

Do you like it? Is it worth the price? How’s the customer service? Anyone have personal photos of it they can share? Anything you can tell me about it would be great!

Hi. I work for Nordstrom’s, kids department and I sell this stroller on a daily basis. Customer service is fenomenal. If you have any defective parts or damage to the stroller, they are fast with their responses. They either send you the part right away if it’s an easy fix or a complete new stroller. Depending on your situation. The stroller is very smooth and wheels are made out of foam so you don’t have to pump air. It also converts into a double stroller for Two toddlers, a toddler and a baby, two babies or you can even do a buggy board for a toddler IF you don’t want a seat. It’s spacious and it folds easily. The only problem I’ve heard from this stroller is it’s weight. It’s quite heavy. But really if you think about it, all strollers are heavy EXCEPT for uppababy Cruz. Other than that it’s an amazing stroller.

I have had the vista for 3 years and love it still! We bought a lighter travel pram and I thought I'd use that more as she got older but no! The vista is so much easier to steer, has much better suspension, and the basket size is amazing! I could fit shopping and a box of nappies under there. 
We used the bassinet and it's so soft and lovely, then the seat from 4 months. The sunshade that extends out is amazing too. 
I have no negatives.. has been well worth the money.

I have the vista because we plan on making it a double. It rides so smooth! We have the attachment for our Nuna pipa infant seat right now. Baby falls asleep instantly because it rides so smooth!

I got the Vista. Sometimes I feel like it’s heavy and annoying to get in and out of my car (takes up a lot of room too), but it steers super smoothly. It’s so easy to go shopping at the mall with it - I can maneuver through all the racks no problem (while also holding my large dog on a leash), and the large basket holds all of my shopping bags. I was looking into compact strollers that ate lighter and fold up small, but I’m worried I’d lose the smooth ride and great turning that we get with the Vista. Also, we use the snack tray on the Vista a lot (we tend to be out around meal times often), and compact strollers seem to not have snack trays. I also preferred the Vista’s breaking mechanism over the Cruz.
