I’m shocked

I had a period almost two weeks ago . I had all the normal pms the nausea sore boobs headaches backaches food cravings rise in temperature after my period went off I still had some of the symptoms like rise in temperature headaches and nausea but I was getting very moody so my hubby told me to test and I did it came back positive.

I’m wondering did I really have a period or it was implantation bleeding?
