Hello everyone! I didn’t know this group existed 😍 hi !!

I’m 32w and planning a natural birth with my first little girl . What have been your favorite resources to help you through your natural delivery?

I will be giving birth at a birthing center and will have a doula for the day of delivery.

I feel like I’m not prepared mentally for what I’m about to go through and would like some extra knowledge and wisdom form women who have been there done that 🤩
