A while back I reconnected with my ex, we tried to be friends again. He had a girlfriend at the time and I knew about her but had no intention of doing anything inappropriate with him, just friends. I still had feelings for him and one night he was over because he didn’t want to be home because of family issues. We ended up kissing then having sex. All this while he still had his girlfriend. I feel horrible about it and wish I hadn’t done it. They’ve broken up since then but

Now I’m wondering, should I reach out to her and apologize for my behavior or should I leave it be so I don’t hurt her by reminding her of it?
