What does this look like??? He’s only one week old. He’s exclusively breastfed. He has an appointment Friday so I’ll of course ask the pediatrician then too

Baby acne. I found that keeping the face clean helps a lot. Mustella baby face water to wipe in between baths and the sensitive face lotion helped quite a bit

It’s baby acne. I know it looks scary momma, but it’s perfectly normal. You can use a warm wash cloth during the day to wash his face. It helps if you make sure you are changing your breast pads regularly and you can even wipe your breasts down with a warm cloth or baby wipe. Otherwise don’t pick it. It will go away soon! 😃

Just looks like baby acne to me! My son had this really bad for almost four weeks. It got worse before it got better.
