Anyone else?

So today I’m 13W+4D! Last week I had an appointment at 12W+4D. Everything was great heartbeat was 163. This week has been so easy! I’m feeling better. Nausea is all but gone. But it’s been replaced with horrible heartburn! My appetite is still very normal, eating about one or two full meals a day. No crazy cravings. Breast still tender at night. I was fine with all this until I started to worry today that maybe it’s not normal I feel so well! 😏😒 anyone else around 13 or 14 weeks feeling the same way?
