Crazy sore boobs after ovulation?

Anybody else get them? I used to get sore/tender boobs or nipples or both just in the week leading up to my period, so obviously PMS. But last few months the pain has been starting sooner and sooner eg 10 days before period, 11 days before period, and now my boobs literally started hurting the day after I ovulated, and usually this will last til my period arrives. Literally TWO WEEKS of sore boobs! Please tell me I'm not the only one? And if you have any tips to relieve the ache of them please post them!!
