Insomnia/ sleeping medications?
Does anyone here have severe insomnia and have started taking prescription sleeping pills? I haven’t slept well in months- I used to take ambien, but am very hesitant to suggest taking anything . Baby is sleeping well for the most part, but I am also home alone with her 5 out of 7 nights a week ( SO works night shift) .
Any advice or anyone else going thru this? I’m at my wits end 😢
