Sleep training 6 month old
At night she wakes up either every 30 min or every hour or so. I’m not breastfeeding or cosleeping. She does sleep in the same room as me (2 bedroom apt for 4 people. Me hubby, eldest son and daughter). These apartments are paper thin so I can’t let her cry all night either. I did that with my eldest when he went through a similar stage but we had him in a bedroom with no walls sharing with the neighbors. (Moved since then)
