Please help..

LONG STORY SHORT: I can't tell if this blood is period blood or??

I'm so so lost right now. A little backstory: I had nexplanon removed April 2nd and bled from march 31-April 5th (started before removal) . Had another period April 25th that lasted about 4 days (April 25-29th) Heavy bleeding & cramping which isn't normal for me but I figured it was just my hormones adjusting bc I usually bleed light & didn't pay it any mind. But I got curious and had a blood test done and my hcg level was 2.5 the day of the bleeding (April 25th).

According to this app, which I understand is just guesstimates & I use it as such. Moving forward my estimate ovulation was around may 10th. On may 10th I had some light pink & brown spotting- I was so excited. It was perfect description of implantation bleeding. So being all excited on may 21st (about 12dpo) I had my first FAINT positive!! I went to the doctor to confirm snd my hcg was 2 she said and obviously negative & said period will begin soon. It was over a week before I had any blood. May 31st-June 2/3 I had some light bleeding. It wasn't as heavy or tmi- syrup like like it was in April. This bleeding only required one Tampon and close monitoring with toilet paper here & there.

I was tracking bbt CM and cervical position and my cervix was high and extremely noticeably soft unlike it was a while before the bleeding started . It's still sitting high but feels more firm today. I remember seeing this when I wiped and There wasn't much for clots at all but there was "particles" and I wanted to know if anybody could help me distinguish

it from period vs who knows what
