Do you clean your boobs after baby feeds?

My baby is cluster feeding and going through a leap/spurt so is really clingy and wakes quickly if put down.

So I don’t get around to shower most days and have the same bra on for like 2 days at a time sometimes because I only have 3 maternity bras. Even with pads I still get soaked because of forceful letdown.

I’ve been told my baby has reflux but has been throwing up more than just a little spit up these last couple of days and I’m wondering have I made my baby sick with “dirty” boobs
