Implantation bleeding

4 days late and got this around 3 today and this is how it’s been since then not heavy at all and only when I wipe. ( have had cramping here and there) I never spot before my period so this is crazy weird for me, and my periods are normally super heavy. Does this look like implantation bleeding?? Also took a test the day after my period should have started and got a bfn. Please help!!!!
