Labor is near ??

For 3 days now i've been suffering from insomnia & hard bump , i'm 34 weeks and 4 days , since day no1 i had yellowish discharge with couple of light blood strips . could this mean labor is near ? , i've been having some cramps little kinda like period cramps lower tummy also my vagina that comes and goes but the hard bump is attached to me since 10 PM , it's 7 AM now and I can't lay down from it or have any sleep , i also have Nausea that comes and goes .
