Rash on two year old

I noticed this rash on the two year old I nanny as we were getting ready for bed yesterday. It doesn’t seem to hurt her or itch her but it is still just as read this morning as last night? She also has little red dots on a few parts of her body. Does anyone know what this rash is and if the dots are connected to the rash? Btw the rash is way redder in person then in the picture. It’s on the back of her leg and she wouldn’t let me get a good picture of it.
