Follow your gut!!
While I was still pregnant I had posted something in here about packing my hospital bag, and I was told by so many women that I was overpacking and I wasn’t gonna end up needing what I had packed. I had even commented back that I wanted to be prepared if we had to stay longer or there were complications! I’m SO glad I listened to my gut and packed all that I had even if I had been considered overpacking. My baby was born early at 35 weeks unexpectedly and we ended up getting transferred an hour away from home and staying there for two weeks with him in the nicu at Maine medical center. And we stayed at a Ronald McDonald house(they’re the best!) . I had packed almost all that I had needed and thank god i did (other than enough clothes but my man had made a few trips home to repack) LISTEN TO YOUR GUT! don’t worry about overpacking I’d rather be over prepared than under prepared!!!

My list that I had made (I had a couple sets of all the clothing items) also buy depends diapers!! So much easier than the pads and undies they give you. I also ended up bringing more outfits for levi but they did have some at the hospital I just wanted him in his own clothes. I also recommend bringing a pillow to sit on in the car 😅 having stitches down there and riding on a hard seat was torture and the pillow made it slightly manageable
