Nighttime and daytime sleep 💤
Our nighttime routine is bath, bottle, and bed. We usually start it around 7:00 & he’s typically asleep at about 7:30 or so. He almost always wakes up around midnight and again at 4(ish). Then wakes for the day about 7:00. Right now the schedule is working out pretty well- hubby takes midnight feed and I take 4:00. But I’m curious if my son will eventually start sleeping longer then 4/5 hours at a time?? Should I up his OZ during the day to see if that helps? Should he go to sleep later ? I’m glad we get decently longer stretches of sleep at night because during the day I cannot get him to nap for more then 30 mins!! Any tips on daytime naps? I’m trying to do an eat - Wake - sleep schedule throughout the day. But like I said getting a good daytime nap is really rare.
