SHOULD I BE WORRIED??

If you’ve already been through labor once or more, WHAT WERE YOUR SIGNS OF LABOR?

Baby has already been measuring super small and I was told to just watch baby’s movements and or signs for preterm labor.... I’m only 27 weeks and am usually a VERY constipated person, But for the last 3 days I’ve had diarrhea and now this morning (day 3 of waking of having diarrhea) I woke up nauseas as well. No puking so far but still diarrhea! No fever either.... I’m gonna try to drink a ton of water once I’m a bit less nauseated! What were your signs though ??
