Anyone conceive right after a D&C and have a healthy pregnancy?

My doctor said to wait one full cycle after my 13 week D&C, but it looks like I might be pregnant. Anyone not wait a full cycle and have a healthy pregnancy? I’m super worried!

I ovulated 2 weeks after my mc and got pregnant straight away. I'm now in my 29th week.
