Does anyone know if you can drink these while pregnant? I bought so many before I found out and I don’t want them to go to waste if I can drink them.

Yup especially if you can't keep solids down...during my first trimester with this one I was so blah I could only eat taco salads and smoothies and water and such...but yeah protein is hella good just don't over do it too much...little tiny liver developing and all.

Yes! I just bought a bunch of the Walmart brand of Ensure cause most morning I still can’t stomach much and it’s easier to drink than to eat. These kind don’t have much sugar either, I would avoid the Breakfast Essentials brand cause they are loaded with sugar though.
