Is our chosen baby name too close to my hubbys ex’s name?

We are more our less 100% set on naming our daughter Everly Isabella. I’m in love with it. I told one of my good friends who loved it but pointed out that it sounds really like Emily which is my husbands psychotic ex’s name😫 She still asks about us to mutual friends and I would hate for her to think we named our daughter after her🙄 Do you think the name is too similar?

I have never thought of those names being similar. Sure, first and last letters, but definitely not enough to deter from a name you love. 
Plus if thinking y’all named your baby after her is what she needs to make her happy, she clearly has some other issues.
