7days late and frustrated

So my hubby and i have been ttc for 6 years with no success. We have tried tablets to make me ovulate and tests everyday for months (tests were always negative) the hospital said I m ovulating but still no luck. I am now trying to lose weight to go for ivf however finding the weightloss side hard. I have endiometriosis and a love heart shaped uterus which is making it harder and frustrating. I am now going into my 8th day of being late and the tests say negative..... SERIOUSLY WHAT IS GOING ON???? help keep me sane please
