Do ppl text after one night stands?

After a night out a coworker/friend and I hooked up. The whole night he was by my side. He kept grabbing me and pulling me closer. My coworkers were telling me to “grab my mans” the whole night. After we hooked up we cuddled and napped before I had to leave. When I was leaving I noticed he pissed his pants a little so I pointed it out to him. We said our goodbyes and that was that. He never texted or anything. We see each other often at work, not every day, but often. Idk if it’s cuz he’s embarrassed or cuz of that. I also don’t know if he even remembered all of that since we were both really drunk. I’m not an expert in one night stand so idk what to do??? I do want to go out with them again and I’m a little worried they won’t invite me out again??? I posted this earlier but want to know more opinions please!
