Sleep
We currently give our daughter a bottle, put her in a swaddle and then shhhh her to sleep while giving her a little pat before putting her in her bassinet. Sometimes she is asleep and other times she stirs. I’m worried when we switch to her crib, which I have been getting her comfortable with, that she won’t have the skills to put herself back to sleep. She wakes around 3 or 4 in the morning and we give her her pacifier and she goes back to sleep. She wakes up again anywhere between 5-6:30am for a feed. I know that’s amazing for being only 11 weeks but like I said I’m just worried I’m not instilling the right foundation for her to put herself back to sleep when she starts sleeping in her crib. Any advice? I feel like the term actually means letting them cry. Could be wrong. I’m a first timer lol
