TTC help

Hello can you ladies give me some ideas of things I can buy that help with TTC. I have two children a 5 year girl and and 2 year old boy. And recently had a miscarriage in January at 11 weeks. Me and my fiancé just recently decided that we want to try again for baby number 3. But we have been going steady without protection for about 1 month. We are currently doing the long distant thing so we have good sex as soon as we reunite. I am wondering if there are any vitamins or medications I can take to help a little with conceiving.
