Please Help

I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks 8 months ago. We’ve been ttc ever since with no luck. This month I got excited when I missed my period. I am now 13 days late. My home test are all negative. I’m trying not to get excited but everyday I’m s little more hopeful.

Any advice would be appreciated.
