Calling all self proclaimed fertility experts!!!🗣🗣🗣

I’m absolutely puzzled. My lmp was 04/27/19. I have an average cycle of 27 day (and it’s very regular!). So here we are, 18 days late, no period, no positive pregnancy test and very confused. I had spotting on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of last week... it was literally just pinkish discharge. Today and yesterday feeling insanely nauseous, headache, sore breast, highly emotional and just overall just weird. I’ve already been to my OB and he told me that he isn’t worried as it’s normal to skip a period and to come back if I skip 2 more; at which point, we’ll do more testing and figure out what’s going on. I have a pregnancy blood test on 06/03 & 06/06, both less than 2 hcg quant.

Has anyone had any similar experience that they could maybe help put my mind at ease. I guess my biggest fear right now is not being able to get pregnant again. I have a 4 y/o son and lost a pregnancy back in January but I’m ready to be pregnant again. 😓
