I was speaking with a friend and she told me about this event that takes place in certain cities it's called the biggest baby shower ever and that you can win strollers, Pampers etc just want to see if anyone been there before if it's worth buying tickets.

Answer

I went to one with two friends. You have to attend panels to be entered into drawings for the big prizes like strollers. We didn’t attend the panels, so we didn’t have a chance to win that stuff. But we paid for the tickets that get the gift bags. I’d say it was worth it for me based on all the stuff you get in the gift bags: packs of diapers (I had a 2 month old and my two friends were pregnant with their second kid and knew they didn’t like Huggies, so I ended up with all of their diapers too); pacifiers (mam); baby bottles (dr. Brown and evenflo); lots of creams and lotions and wipes and snacks; a swaddle sleep sack.  I didn’t use everything, but I used a good amount of it. And I got to try stuff I had been wanting to try anyway. Main thing was that it was fun because I had two friends to go with. It was also good to see a lot of baby products in person.
