15 mo just randomly started toe walking on and off at random times. Is this ok?

He just started this this past weekend and now will on and off walk on his toes. I’m just wondering if this is a phase or not. Ftm

My son is 2.5 and does it from time to time. I wouldn't be concerned unless it becomes a regular thing.

If there is other signs of “unusual” behavior ... I would recommend bringing it up to your dr as soon as you can.

My niece started this around 2, she is now 13 and still walks on her toes 😕

It could just be a developmental phase but it is associated with certain syndromes so if you notice any other behaviour that seems unusual then let their doctor know. It’s probably nothing but it’s worth keeping an eye on to see if it continues long term but don’t worry about it :) x

My little sister did this when she first walked and still does sometimes (shes 15) and theres nothing wrong with her. Just a habit I guess
