Thoughts on my date ?

Okay so I went out with a guy from work. He reached out through Instagram and I went. We had great convo he even said he was so happy I went out with him. We went back to his house we didn’t have sex. He was very respectful. Went to bed woke up he walked me to my car and told me to text him when I went home. After that there was no further convo. This bad or good most men I go on dates have reached out if Interested. Thoughts?
