Pelvic pain

Hello guys. My friend has been telling me about how she had sex with her boyfriend yesterday and she’s been experience pelvic pain. She is a mom and has a 8 month old son. She s about 27 and has never experienced anything like this she says it feels like there’s a stick up in her vagina and the pain worsens when she does something like step over the baby gate. Any idea what this could be??
