Very hurt

While yesterday my boyfriend asked to talk and this isn't the first time he's asked to talk he's done it everytime he's about to break up with me so I knew what was coming but I was not expecting for it to be over the fact I won't wax my upper lip as fear it could make it worse and lack of money to keep it up. He says it shows someones lazy if their not willing taken care of themselves and I have explain my anxiety of the fear of making it worse. Am I wrong to feel hurt and believe that's a dumb reason to leave someone?
