Pain in my right pelvic area.. please help me if you could

I’ve been having pain for WEEKS now in my pelvic area on the right, it’s on & off throughout the DAY & gets worse and better throughout the day as well but been constant for weeks now. I’m late 23 days which is rare, bc I’m regular, but guessing May was a little more stress causing so it caused the no period + I tested negative, so I’m not pregnant but I was wondering I have a doctors gyno apt July 12 but besides a Pap smear what do you think they might do? Especially for the pain ? Maybe birth control pills? Something else? Someone please

Help me a little what this might be & what’s possibly the next steps

Edit : I’ve also been having pain in the LEFT as well throughout these past weeks but it isn’t as constant as the right, it’s mainly the right side.
