Dfacs(cps) and daycare?

I start my job tomorrow and found out a couple months ago that they will help with daycare has anyone been through this that can tell me what it's Like? Daycares here are about 100 a week. I really can't afford that on a fast food job and before y'all ask I tried to get a job with better pay and this is the only job that I've actually been hired for. I have my grandma and father in law now but my grandma already watches one toddler along with my stepsisters 3 kids [1 only 6 months old] I don't want to put all that on her. And my father in law is not reliable at all. We have to catch him on a good day. We really need the money that's why I got this job. I don't want to have to quit just cause I can't find affordable day care. Unfortunately jobs are not that considerate when it comes to being late because I don't have a babysitter so idk what to do.
