pregnancy

hello ladies. I've had 2 babies already. and with my first I had no idea I was pregnant and found out in er but I recall having a dream before finding out I was pregnant about being pregnant and gave birth to a baby girl and a few weeks my pregnancy was confirmed. my second pregnancy we had suspicion for about a week and I had another dream about getting a positive pregnancy test and when I woke up it felt so real that I tested and I was pregnant. well now we have been trying for a baby again only for a month so far, and I had a dream last night about getting a positive pregnancy test and when I woke up I feel like it happened.. I've been feeling off for a while but nothing yet.. my period isnt due for 5days still but I guess I was just wondering if my body is trying to tell me again that its pregnant. and if its possible to even know from a dream or if I'm imagining it..? please help.. I should also add that even though my period isnt due for 5more days I still cant test because even the early tests come up negative for me until I'm usually about 2weeks past my period..
