Burpees and pregnancy?
So two days ago I was in a class and we were doing burpees. I’m 22 weeks and I wasn’t sure if it was ok but I felt ok to do it. I came down but lightly and did my push-up pretty quickly to get up from the floor. I didn’t feel any pain after but looking back I’m not so sure I should have. Anyone know if this is bad for pregnancy?
