Possibly pregnant?

Hey guys, I’m due for my period today however it hasn’t come. My cervical position is High and soft/squishy. I have creamy discharge however it’s only slight. I tested at 9DPO and got a negative so didn’t think anything of it. But then my doctor mentioned my raised heart rate and body temperature, along with dizziness and last week I had a slight stabbing sensation in my uterus. So she asked if there was any possibility of being pregnant. I looked and I’m due today, but is now 5pm and it’s still no sign (I know I’m counting my chicken before they’ve hatched!!) backpain, tingly/sore boobs and nipples, and fatigue to the point I’m having to nap every afternoon. Just wondering what you guys think??? And has anyone got a negative at 9DPO and then got a positive later on? Usually I get bad cramps the day before my period but I’ve had nothing. Please tell me your thoughts and experiences!!
