Normal or constipation?

My son is 1 mo old- I noticed yesterday we had lost of wet diapers but literally only one “dirty” one. Is this normal or should I contact his pediatrician- he’s breastfed & im a FTM so I’m unsure how to deal with constipation if this is what it is

Breastfed babies up to 3 months old can go as long as a week or two without pooping. As long as he is gaining weight and having a normal amount of wet diapers I wouldn't worry.

I was told baby can go for a week without pooping, but they should have wet diapers, and gaining weight.
It will come out, if it's been longer than a week I'd go to the ped
But it's nothing to worry about.

Breastfed babies don’t need to poop everyday. No need to worry unless the number of wet diapers reduces or it’s been at least a week since pooping. 😃

My baby is the same he will be a month on Saturday it’s normal
