embarrassed to tell BF

Me and my boyfriend talk about everything and he’s my best friend, but I feel SO embarrassed to admit to him that I masturbate. He’s brought it up a few times but I am terrified/ashamed to talk to him so I dodge the question and change topic altogether. I can only comfortably talk about it when I’m tipsy 😅 I have no problem talking on his end about him doing the deed but I just constantly lie to myself and him and say that I’ve never. I want to get over my fear of talking openly about this because I know masturbation is natural and shouldn’t feel shameful. Any thoughts?
