Help a girl out!

Okay sooo here we go! I have been actively trying for four years. A year and a half ago I had an ectopic rupture and had to have my right tube removed. Since then, I have an lh surge every month, but I don’t necessarily have a viable egg each month due to just on tube. That being said, my temps and opks some months are weird and I deemed weird month to mean I ovulated on the side that does not have a tube. This month is different! I had white cm (which I noted is a big factor in months I beleive I do ovulate correctly). I also have my temp staying low showing I am having an lh surge. The weird thing is my opks are showing I had a peak for one day. I mean low, then peak, then low. This has NEVER happened before. Any thought or opinions?
